Mojo Seasoned Roast Turkey
SERVES: 24
TOTAL TIME: 3H 15min
This turkey will make you famous (at least within your family)
Roast Turkey
- 12 lbs. fresh whole turkey or frozen whole turkey, thawed
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Bouillon Chicken Flavor
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 3 packets Knorr® Flavorful Seasoning Cilantro and Achiote
Salad & Rice
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 24 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 12 cups cooked brown rice
For turkey, preheat oven to 425°. Remove giblets from turkey cavities and rinse turkey inside and out; pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
Combine olive oil, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon, garlic, oregano, vinegar, cumin and Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto in medium bowl. Rub all over turkey. Tie legs together with kitchen string if desired.
Arrange turkey, breast side up, in large shallow roasting pan with rack. Tent with heavy-duty aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour. Decrease oven to 350° and roast turkey 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil and continue roasting, about 30 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices, until thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°and skin is browned. Let stand at least 20 minutes before carving.
For salad & rice, whisk olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper if desired. Toss with lettuce and tomatoes. Carve turkey and spoon pan juices over top. Serve with salad and rice.

Crunchy French Onion Green Bean Casserole
SERVES: 6 TOTAL TIME: 1h 5min
Every table needs a classic casserole.
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope Knorr ® French Onion recipe mix
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. trimmed and halved fresh green beans, cooked until crisp-tender
- 2 cans (16 oz.) Reese® Water Chestnuts, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat; whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cook, whisking, until sauce thickens. Stir in Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and salt. Remove from heat and set aside
Combine green beans, Reese® Water Chestnuts and French onion sauce then spoon into baking dish. Flatten the top and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until the almonds are lightly toasted and the green bean casserole is bubbly.
Knorr Chicken Bouillon Mashed Potatoes
SERVES: 6 TOTAL TIME: 25min
The bouillon makes it boui-tiful.
- 3 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. Knorr ® Chicken flavor Bouillon
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are very tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
- Return potatoes to saucepot. Add Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon, margarine and mash. Stir in sour cream.
Savory Sausage Stuffing
SERVES: 6 TOTAL TIME: 30min
Your guests will want to stuff themselves with this stuffing.
- 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 package Knorr ® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- In a 12-inch skillet, cook sausage, onion and celery over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until sausage is browned.
- Stir in Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until golden brown. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir in almonds and, if desired, freshly ground black pepper.
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 packages Knorr ® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 12 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425°. Toss chicken and two Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli in 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Stir in water and milk. Bake 30 minutes.
Remove baking dish from oven, add fresh broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. For a little crunch, top cheese with some breadcrumbs. Bake 10 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
