- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 lb. boneless beef top round steak or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff, prepared according to package directions

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in wine and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until wine is almost evaporated. Toss with hot Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
