Air Fryer French Fries

The air fryer will make these potatoes as crunchy and delicious as French fries but with much less oil.

  • 2 medium baking potatoes, about 1 lb., cut into sticks or wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Chicken Bouillon or 1 cube, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

  1. Soak potatoes in large bowl in enough water to cover. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes; then drain them and dry them very well. Wipe bowl dry.

  2. Return potatoes to bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon; toss until well coated.

  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400°. Stir and cook 5 more minutes until they are well cooked on the inside and a little golden and crispy on the outside. If necessary, let them cook for a few more minutes.

  4. Remove from fryer and serve. Sprinkle a little chopped fresh parsley on top and you're done!

Hints & Tips

Tip: To cook in oven, increase potatoes to 1 1/2 lbs. spread potatoes on large parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheet and cook in 425° oven 35 to 40 minutes, turning once halfway through.
