  • 1 lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), thinly sliced (about 1/16 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Knorr® Granulated Bouillon Chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

  1. Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Let stand at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to rinse off excess starch. Drain, rinse again, and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Wipe the bowl dry.

  2. Return potato slices to the bowl. Add olive oil and Knorr® Chicken Bouillon. Toss until all slices are evenly coated. Work in small batches if needed to ensure even seasoning.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 325°F. Arrange potato slices in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Chips should be golden and crispy. If needed, cook for a few more minutes until the desired crispiness is reached.

  4. Remove chips from fryer. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.

Hints & Tips

Preparing in bulk? For larger batches, deep fry the seasoned potato slices in vegetable oil heated to 350°F. Fry in small batches for 3–4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt while hot.
