1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links, removed from casing
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped tomato
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Cheesy Cheddar
Brown sausage in a large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in mushrooms, tomato, green pepper and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Stir water, milk and margarine into same skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in contents of Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Cheesy Cheddar; cook 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in sausage mixture.
