Brown sausage in a large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in mushrooms, tomato, green pepper and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Stir water, milk and Spread into same skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in contents of Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Cheesy Cheddar; cook 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in sausage mixture.
