Stovetop: 1. Whisk sauce mix and 1 3/4 cups milk in small saucepan. Add 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
