Amount per serving

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice, prepared according to package directions
  • Your favorite taco toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped onion and lettuce
  • 1 SPRINKLE chicken with chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice.
  • 2 SPOON Rice onto serving platter, then top with chicken and any chicken drippings.
  • 3 TOP with your favorite taco toppings; now it's delicious. Dig in!
