- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat; stir in mushrooms and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil.
