Philly Cheesesteak Skillet

Cook up Knorr's delicious Philly Cheesesteak Skillet made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that's quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 package Knorr® Stroganoff Pasta Side
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef or leftover steak
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese or American cheese

  1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.

  2. PREPARE Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

  3. SERVE in skillet; now it's delicious. Dig in!

Hints & Tips

*Variation: To make Philly Cheeseburger Stroganoff, omit roast beef and cook 1 lb. ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and continue with cooking green peppers and onion as above.
