  • 1 package Knorr ® French Onion recipe mix
  • 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In large plastic bag or bowl, combine Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and bread crumbs; set aside.

  2. Brush chicken on all sides with Mayonnaise. Add chicken, one piece at a time, to plastic bag. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated.

  3. On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
