Mac & Cheese Corn Chowder

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen chopped onion, thawed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli or Chicken
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 Heat olive oil in large saucepot over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • 2 Stir in milk and corn; heat through.
