  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 4 ounces snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor

  • 1 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • 2 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook green onions with garlic 30 seconds. Stir in snow peas, broccoli, 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and ginger. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes; remove and set aside.
  • 3 Stir water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor and remaining 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce into same skillet, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in vegetable mixture and chicken.
