1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
10 ounces white button mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken Broccoli
1/3 cup 2% Greek Yogurt
2 green onions, sliced
SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
MELT remaining 1 tablespoon margarine in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms and garlic, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned. Stir in olives and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken Broccoli and prepare according to package directions.
