- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 package (14 oz.) firm tofu, drained, pressed dry and cubed
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook tofu, gently stirring occasionally, until golden, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
BRING water and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice to a boil in same skillet.
STIR in peas. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 7 minutes, stirring in tofu during last 5 minutes of cook time, until rice is tender.
SEASON with soy sauce and enjoy.
