Cook up Knorr's delicious Spanish Chorizo & Bean Rice recipe made with green peas, chick peas, smoked paprika, and Knorr® Asian Sides™ Chicken flavor Fried Rice.

  • 1 1/4 ounces chorizo, diced
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 package Knorr® Chicken Fried Rice Side
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) no salt added chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Ground black pepper to taste

  1. COOK chorizo in large skillet until starting to crisp.

  2. POUR in water and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice and bring to a boil.

  3. STIR in beans, peas (if using) and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.

  4. SEASON to taste with black pepper. Serve with a little extra smoked paprika if desired. Dig in!
