Try this easy and delicious Garlic Croutons recipe using Knorr® Bouillon.

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves or cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp. Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon Roasted Garlic
  • 3 cups cubed bread

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Stir oil, parsley and Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon Roasted Garlic in large bowl until blended.

  2. Add bread cubes and toss until coated. Spread in even layer on rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Baked 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once until golden and crisp.

Hints & Tips

Tip: You can also use 2 tsp. Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder instead of the Roasted Garlic Bouillon.\nTip: Croutons can also be made in an air fryer. Place them in basket and air fry 10 minutes at 300° until golden and crisp.
