  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped, (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Selects Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
  • 12 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds, (optional)

  1. Brown beef with onion in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in tomato and Knorr® Selects Beef Bouillon and cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, raisins and olives and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Evenly fill lettuce leaves with beef mixture. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted slivered almonds.
