  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef or leftover steak
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese or American cheese

  • 1 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.
  • 2 PREPARE Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  • 3 SERVE in skillet; now it's delicious. Dig in!
