HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
COOK Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor in same skillet according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cook time.
STIR in tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with bacon, cheese and green onions.
