Easy Butter 'N Herb Pasta Dinner

  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Butter & Herb
  • 1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers (optional)

  • 1 Bring water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan; stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Butter & Herb, mushrooms and Spread.
  • 2 Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes. Stir in chicken and roasted peppers and cook 1 minute or until pasta is tender.
  • 3 Sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
