  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli with water and margarine according to package directions, stirring in tomato with contents of package.
  • 2 Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Toss with hot Rice Sides.
  • 3 Top, if desired, with tomato slices.
