Asiago Crusted Chicken with Tomato & Basil

A quick & easy chicken dish made even more irresistible thanks to a fresh tomato and basil garnish.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil leaves
