Spiced Peanuts

This easy snack uses Knorr Bouillon and ancho chili powder for great flavor!

  • 4 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon or 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled
  • 2 tsp. ancho chile powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Grated peel from 2 limes

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Coat rimmed baking sheet with no-stick spray.

  2. Combine peanuts, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon, ancho chile powder and cayenne in bowl, then spread on prepared pan.

  3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes until lightly colored and fragrant. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lime peel. Toss.
