  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, grilled to desired doneness and sliced
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Southwest Steak & Rice
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped cilantro.
