  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Knorr® Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 envelope Knorr ® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup green manzanilla olives stuffed with pimiento, halved
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Picadillo Perfecto
  1. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in garlic, black pepper, Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon Cube, water, Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto, red pepper, onion, cumin and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in pasta sauce, olives and raisins. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Serve, if desired, with tortillas or taco shells.
