  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks, (about 6 oz. each)
  • 1 package Knorr® Bearnaise sauce mix
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks, seasoned if desired with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and cook 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, whisk together Knorr® Bearnaise sauce mix and milk in small saucepan. Add margarine or butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute. Serve with steaks.
