  • 1 packet Knorr® Mi Arroz™ Red Rice Seasoning Mix
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 3/4 cups frozen peas and carrots

  1. Prepare rice according to Knorr® Mi Arroz™ Red Rice Seasoning Mix package directions, stirring in peas and carrots during the last 5 minutes of cook time. Remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.
