Bring water and milk to a boil in 2-quart saucepan over high heat.

Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Parmesan and return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes.

Stir in ham, peas and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until pasta is tender.
