  • 1 bag (16 oz.) split peas, rinsed and drained
  • 12 ounces cut-up ham
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 2 Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube(s), crumbled
  • 1 bay leaf

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook covered on Low 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours. Remove bay leaf.
