  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package Knorr® Mexican Rice Side
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups water

  1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice, black beans and water; bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand about 2 minutes.

  3. Serve, if desired, with warm flour tortillas and your favorite Mexican toppings.
