Cajun Chicken Jambalaya Bake

Serve your family this baked jambalaya made using Knorr Cajun Rice Side, smoked chicken sausage, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.

  • 2 packages Knorr Rice Sides - Cajun Chicken Rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cooked smoked chicken sausages, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 ounces grape tomatoes, halved

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Stir Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cajun flavor and water in 13 x 9-in. baking dish until well blended. Top evenly with sausage, bell peppers and grape tomatoes.

  2. Bake 30 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
