- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice
- 1 cup peas
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
MELT margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes, stirring in garlic during the last 30 seconds of cook time. Remove and set aside.
PREPARE Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in peas and peppers during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
STIR in chicken and garlic.
