  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, (optional)
  • 2 cups cut-up green beans or diagonally sliced fresh asparagus
  • 1 Bring Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, water, onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  • 2 Stir in green beans and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
