Bring Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, water, onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Stir in green beans and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
