Tacos de Carne Asada

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
  • 8 (6-in. ea.) fajita size flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; set aside.
  • 2 Combine Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon, olive oil and black pepper in small bowl. Coat steak with Bouillon mixture and grill until desired doneness, about 8 minutes.
  • 3 Slice steak and serve in tortillas with cabbage slaw.
