- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 8 (6-in. ea.) fajita size flour tortillas, warmed
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; set aside.
Combine Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon, olive oil and black pepper in small bowl. Coat steak with Bouillon mixture and grill until desired doneness, about 8 minutes.
Slice steak and serve in tortillas with cabbage slaw.
