  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 package Knorr® French Onion Recipe Mix
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts

  1. Give your chicken a little love tonight...

  2. Preheat oven to 350°.

  3. Place chicken in a large baking or roasting pan.

  4. Combine the olive oil, French Onion Recipe Mix, garlic, sundried tomatoes, and marinated artichoke hearts in a separate bowl. Mix and pour over chicken.
