Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt Spread in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops. Remove and set aside.
Cook onions in same skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Pour in sherry, stirring to loosen brown bits. Reduce heat to low and return chops to skillet. Simmer covered until chops are done, about 15 minutes.
Remove chops and boil until almost all liquid is gone and sauce is thickened. To serve, pour sauce over chops and serve with Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter.
