  • 4 bone-in pork chops or boneless
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 small yellow onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry or chicken broth
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter, prepared according to package directions

  • 1 Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt Spread in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops. Remove and set aside.
  • 2 Cook onions in same skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Pour in sherry, stirring to loosen brown bits. Reduce heat to low and return chops to skillet. Simmer covered until chops are done, about 15 minutes.
  • 3 Remove chops and boil until almost all liquid is gone and sauce is thickened. To serve, pour sauce over chops and serve with Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter.
