Mexican Salsa

  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 2 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon or 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Arrange chilies, garlic, tomatoes and onion on aluminum foil-lined broiler pan and broil, turning often, until lightly charred. Let cool, then peel garlic cloves and remove chili stems.
  • 2 Combine 1 Tbsp. water and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in small microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot.
  • 3 Add chile and Bouillon mixtures to blender and pulse until finely chopped.
