Amount per serving

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 3 lbs. chicken parts, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 large red or green bell pepper, cut into wedges
  • 1 can whole peeled tomatoes in puree, undrained
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Stir in remaining ingredients except Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter and simmer covered until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 30 minutes.
  • 2 Toss together with hot Rice Sides and serve.
