Knorr Shrimp Tacos with Mango Red Pepper Salsa

  • MANGO RED PEPPER SALSA:
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • SHRIMP TACOS:
  • 2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp, (21 to 25 per lb. size)
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 1 For Mango Red Pepper Salsa, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • 2 For Shrimp Tacos, grab a large bowl and toss your shrimp with Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon, vegetable oil, chopped cilantro and garlic.
  • 3 Now, get your large skillet nice and hot and cook your shrimp until done, about 5 minutes. Don't forget to give it a stir to brown both sides. Sprinkle with lime juice and you're done.
  • 4 Have your family build their own tacos by filling tortillas with shrimp, salsa and cilantro leaves if desired.
