  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 BRING water, coconut milk, and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice to a boil in large skillet.
  • 2 STIR in beans, peas and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.
