- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- Ground black pepper to taste

BRING water, coconut milk, and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice to a boil in large skillet.
STIR in beans, peas and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.
SEASON to taste with black pepper, and if desired, additional smoked paprika..
