Garlic & Herb Artichoke Mac & Cheese

  • 12 ounces shell pasta
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup Reese® Artichoke Hearts, chopped, plus additional, quartered, for garnish
  • 2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella-style shreds
  • Choppped fresh parsley and chives (optional)
  • 1 Add pasta, milk and water to a large pot and cook on medium-high heat uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Once pasta is fully cooked, lower heat to low and add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix and salt. Stir to combine.
  • 3 Add chopped Reese® Artichoke Hearts and vegan mozzarella-style shreds. Stir until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired with quartered Reese® Artichoke Hearts and chopped parsley and chives.
