  • 1 lb. flounder fillets or tilapia fillets, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter, prepared according to package directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients except Spread and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter in large bowl. Shape into 4 large patties or 12 small patties.
  • 2 Melt Spread in large skillet over medium heat and cook patties 10 minutes or until golden brown and fish is cooked, turning once. Serve with hot rice sides.
