- 1 lb. flounder fillets or tilapia fillets, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter, prepared according to package directions
Combine all ingredients except Spread and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter in large bowl. Shape into 4 large patties or 12 small patties.
Melt Spread in large skillet over medium heat and cook patties 10 minutes or until golden brown and fish is cooked, turning once. Serve with hot rice sides.
