  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 package Knorr® Yellow Rice Side
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced

  1. SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper or Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Remove and set aside.

  2. PREPARE Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Yellow Rice in same skillet according to package directions.

  3. STIR in chicken, avocado and tomato until well blended. Top, if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion and cilantro; now it's delicious. Dig in!
