Amount per serving

  • 1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
  • 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°. In large plastic bag or bowl, combine Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and bread crumbs; set aside.
  • 2 Brush chicken on all sides with Mayonnaise. Add chicken, one piece at a time, to plastic bag. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated.
  • 3 On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
