- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove ground beef and drain, if desired.
Bring water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli to a boil over high heat in same skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in ground beef, tomato, Thousand Island dressing and relish.
