  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. cayenne hot sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 MELT Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • 2 ADD 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
  • 3 STIR in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
