  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) pinto beans
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Slice red onion and rinse and drain beans. Add beans and onions to skillet and cook 4 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.<BR>
  • 2 Add 2 cups water and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice to same skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until rice is tender.<BR>
  • 3 Stir reserved bean mixture into Rice and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in red wine vinegar.<BR>
