  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 package Knorr® Pesto sauce mix
  • 10 cups sliced fresh vegetables*

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.

  2. Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan until evenly coated. Bake uncovered, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.

SUBSTITUTION: Lightly spray pan with no-stick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 Tbsp. water.
