Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 11 x 7-in. baking dish with cooking spray.

Toss potatoes, olive oil and Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon Roasted Garlic in medium bowl. Spread potatoes in single layer in prepared baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, or until browned and tender.
Hints & Tips
Tip: Can also be made with halved small red potatoes or chunks of Yukon Gold potatoes. Add a bit of chopped rosemary or thyme for a nice touch!
