  • 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 ounces boneless pork loin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
  • 1 can (16 oz.) black-eyed peas
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce

  1. In medium saucepan, cook bacon with pork until well browned; remove. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings. Add onion and garlic to reserved drippings and cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until tender. Add water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor and bring to a boil.
